March will see the return of one of JCK's most elegant strikers, featherweight champion Wang Jizheng.
The promotion announced two event for their March schedule today on their WeChat channel- JCK Fight Night 80 on March 16th and JCK Kings 004 on March 23rd. Both take place at the JCK International Fight Headquarters in Luliang, Shanxi province, China.
The main event of JCK Kings 004 is featherweight champion Wang Jizheng (19-5) defending his title against top contender Tenglige (38-13) in rematch of a non-title fight last May. Wang won that fight by unanimous decision to earn a shot at the JCK featherweight championship.
Wang made the move to Thailand last year to train at Sunkin Fight in Pattaya alongside a multitude of other Chinese countrymen and women. He's on a six-fight win streak and won one million Yuan (approx. $139,000 USD) by winning the JCK featherweight season in 2022-23.
Tenglige got back on the winning track with an absolutely savage knockout of Road to UFC veteran Asikeerbai Jinensibieke last October, sending him to the shadow realm with a fifth-round knee.
A week earlier, JCK will host JCK Fight Night 80 on March 16th. At that event, flyweight from the Yi ethnic minority Hailaierke (7-3) will fight Bian Ye (9-5) in the main event. In the co-main event, Chinese Kazakh Husiletu (4-5) battles Lu Longwu (1-3) at lightweight.
More bouts for the cards are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
