RIZIN Landmark 9 brings some of RIZIN's best young fighters to Kobe, Japan.
However, the main event is a battle of a former champion and a veteran, as Roberto "Satoshi" de Souza fights UFC veteran Keito Nakamura. Souza is a former RIZIN featherweight champion who's since moved up to lightweight. Outside two appearances in Bellator vs. RIZIN events, "Satoshi" hasn't lost in RIZIN since 2019.
While Nakamura turns 40 years old this year, he's 2-0 in RIZIN. "K-Taro" went 4-4 in the UFC and embodies the crafty grappling spirit typical of many Japanese fighters.
Also on the card is Naoki Inoue, Rena Kubota, and hot Brazilian prospect Igor Tanabe. Full RIZIN Landmark 9 results are below.
