Kim Tae In meets Taisei Sekino for Road FC heavyweight title April 13th

It's not often that a heavyweight championship is contested in Asia, but Road FC 68 wil feature one.

South Korea's Kim Tae In (4-0) will fight Taisei Sekino (6-5) at Road FC 68 on April 13th in Seoul, South Korea, the promotion announced. The event takes place at Seoul's Jangchung Arena, a 4,500-seat arena used for tennis and volleyball.

Kim has fought six times for Road FC, and finished every opponent by knockout or TKO within two rounds. He hasn't fought in over a year, but last appeared at Road FC 62 in December of 2022. He knocked out Daniel Gomes in thirteen seconds.

Sekino, from Japan, is 3-0 in Road FC. He punched his ticket for a title shot last December when he finished Heo Jae Hyuk in under a minute with punches.

Broadcast plans for Road FC 68 were not announced and additional bouts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
